• Do you deliver?

  Currently delivery is available in Manhattan only. The delivery fee is charged depending on the distance from the shop.

• Do you require a deposit?

  We require 50% percent deposit on all orders when it is placed and the remaining balance to be paid prior to pick up or delivery. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.

• What methods of purchasing do you offer?

  Our menu cupcakes are available and our goal is to have all flavors daily. We can accommodate up to 3 dozen and no pre order is needed. If you wish more than three dozen, you will need to place an advance order (minimum 72 hours)

• How do I store my cupcakes to keep them the freshest?

  If the cupcakes are not eaten the day purchased they can be stored in the lower level of the refrigerator in their original container. They will be good for about 1-2 days. You will need to take them out and allow them time (approx 45 minutes) to get back to room temperature before serving.

• Are mini cupcakes available daily? What is the minimum number of minis that can be ordered?

  Our mini cupcakes are available daily in our basic flavors (Red, Chocolate, Golden Sponge) and remainder flavors, upon availability. If you wish to have an assortment you can call your order in advance (minimum 24 hours).

  The minimum number of mini cupcakes that can be ordered is half a dozen.

• Is it possible to get a flavor that is not on your menu?

  Our goal is to accommodate our customers’ needs. Some of the special flavors we have created are Espresso, Hazelnut, Raspberry, Green Apple, Pistachio and many others. You can inquire about our ‘cocktail cupcakes’. So yes, try us and we’ll do our best to make you the flavor you desire. We will do your special flavor order for minimum one dozen cupcakes and need one week in advance. Additional charges do apply for non menu items.

• What kind of custom designs do you create with cupcakes?

  We can design cupcakes around any theme or event. We create beautiful cupcakes for baby showers, bridal showers, anniversaries, birthdays, graduations etc. We also do themes such as fall, beach, special colors etc.

  All custom orders must have two week advance notice and additional charges apply based on time requirement and complexity. For these special orders to ensure your complete satisfaction we recommend an in-store appointment to review the specific details of the order.

• What kind of cakes do you offer?

  Our cakes are made in any of our standard flavors and are available in a range of sizes (refer to the menu). Simply choose your cake, icing, color and message (Minimum 48 hours notice for standard orders).

• Do you do edible images on cakes?

  Yes we do, with an additional charge depending on the size of both your cake and picture. . For more information, contact us at inquiries@Tonniesminis.com.

• How can I rent a Cupcake Tier/Tower? Do you deliver it, and if so, set up?

  Please call the store (212-831-5292/5290) and book a free consultation. The charge $50 per 24 hour rental paid when order is placed to confirm and credit card on file for late fees. They can be delivered and set up for additional fees. For inquires, contact us at inquiries@Tonniesminis.com.

• How do I obtain a VIP cupcake card?

  Our VIP cards promotion begins this December 1st, 2010 to those customers whom spend at least $125 in one month for membership, which include various benefits. For more information, contact us at inquiries@Tonniesminis.com.

• What is the minimum time in advance that I can place a custom/specialty order?

  The minimum for customized cupcakes, 4 dozen or less and small cakes are 2 weeks. For tiered cakes and customized cupcakes orders for more than 4 dozen are 3-4 weeks.

  The more time in advance, the better!

• Do you make any custom cupcakes for bachelor/bachelorette events?

  Yes we do! You can send us the theme you are interested in and will respond with possibility of completion and quote. If you are over 18 click here

• Cake order policy
  Cakes are occasionally ready based on availability but a 7 day notice is highly preferred. Specialty cake at least 2 weeks notice.
  Same Day Cakes are available but subject to a surcharge
